100g Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
50g Roasted barley
200g CraMunich type 2
Boil: minutes SG 1.146 9 liters
3kg Dark malt extract
900g Brown sugar
brown suger in 15 last mins
2-3 shots of Liquid Espresso (Nespresso Black) in 5 last mins
Hops: 30g Perle (7.4% AA, 60 min.)
10g Fuggles (4.2% AA, 30 min.)
10g Fuggles (4.2% AA, 15 min.)
10g Fuggles (aroma)
Yeast: T-58
