1 lb. 6 oz. Belgian chocolate

2 oz. Roasted barley

12 oz. Flaked oats
Mash: 70% efficiency
dough in 152 mash 1 hour
Boil: 82 minutes SG 1.062 12.5 gallons
1 lb. Brown sugar
1 lb. Honey
3 oz. Molasses
Irish Moss at 15 min.
Hops: 1 oz. Perle (8% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 20 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 6 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: yeast starter 1L with 3 cup DME and wlp023 split into both 6 g carboys
Log: Ferment regularly 68-70 for 10-14 days. Rack adding flavorizors to respective carboys with 1 cup DME/batch to Let ferment out 4 weeks at slightly lower 63-65
