Steep: | Add grains in a steeping bag and bring 5 gallons to a boil then remove and sparge. | |||||||
Boil: | 60 minutes | SG 1.058 | 5 gallons | |||||

The malt extract used should be Munton's Gold Dockland Porter Extract at 6.6 lbs (2 cans). | ||||||||
Hops: | 0.50 oz. Northern Brewer (9% AA, 60 min.) 0.50 oz. Northern Brewer (9% AA, 15 min.) |

Log: | Ferment between 60 and 72 degrees. We are doing it at room temp in a bedroom. Rack when bubbling slows past 30 seconds. | |||||||
Carbonation: | Add 3.5 oz. of corn sugar to prime 5 gallons for bottling. |
