Tasting: | Tasted great at bottling time. 2/21/12-This is great beer! Carbonation seems right and I didn't mess with the recipe by adding soured wort or vinegar to mimic a Guinness like twang. I first sampled after 10 days and it was good then but cold conditioning has helped. 3/2/12-Even better than before. There was some DMS but its gone now. Amazing! I'm proud of this one. However, I wouldn't count on 90% attenuation every time. |
