Moose Knuckle Stout
I started out wanting to make a mocha stout. This one ended up mighty tasty. My buddys want me to make this one every other time I brew. I wont do that but it is definately in my Hall of Fame beers.
I didnt know what to call it but I remembered a "motivational" poster that had this name on it... big and black so thats what I named it. Check out the name on urban dictionary.com
Enjoy.
