OG: 1.065 FG: 1.016
Alcohol: 6.3% v/v (5.0% w/w)
Grain: 907g British pale
85g American crystal 120L
85g British black patent
57g British chocolate
Mash: 75% efficiency
heat 2.8 L water to 73°C.
add grains and mash at 66°C for 60 min.
drain and sparge with another 3.8L water at 77°C.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.052 5 liters
Hops: 5g Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
5g Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: S04
Log: after fermentation transfer to secondary and add:
1 Ancho chilli (12 gr)
10 gr toasted cacao nibs
1/2 vanilla pod (1 gr)
1/2 cinnamon stick (1.5 gr)
