Mash: 72% efficiency
Mash for 90 min
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.049 12 gallons
Hops: 2 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 90 min.)
Yeast: See what the turtle has.
Carbonation: Keg 48hrs at 25 psi. 5-8psi for serving
