Steep: | Mix grains with 2 qts 160° water. Cover pot and put into oven on warm for 2 hrs while at my hockey coaches meeting. Temp stayed at 155° . | |||||||

Boiled wort from mini-mash only, along with hops in 2 gal water. Dissolved 8lbs. Williams English Stout LME at end of boil. | ||||||||
