Alcohol: 6.0% v/v (4.7% w/w)
Grain: 1 lb. 8 oz. British crystal 95-115L
1 lb. British chocolate
8 oz. British black patent
8 oz. Roasted barley
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.096 3 gallons
6 lb. Dark malt extract
8 oz. Brown sugar
.5 oz of cascades added to to brewpot at off
Hops: 2 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Styrian Goldings (5.5% AA, 15 min.)
Tasting: Added one 7 oz. blackberry extract (LD Carlson) to secondary

This is similar to a batch that was probably the best beer I have ever tasted (and I was not the only one to claim this)...this time all the American malts are replaced with British and Styrian Goldings replace centennials.
