This was my first attempt at brewing my own recipe. Simple, few ingredients.

Steep: | Put bag of grain in cold water, brought temp to 165 and held for 30 minutes. | |||||||
Boil: | 60 minutes | SG 1.117 | 2 gallons | |||||
6 lb. Dark malt extract | ||||||||
Hops: | 1 oz. Bullion (8.5% AA, 60 min.) 1 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 15 min.) |

Yeast: | Coopers Dry Ale Yeast. Very quick to blow top off airlock. | |||||||
Carbonation: | 3/4 cup corn sugar | |||||||
Tasting: | Just had to crack one open after one week in bottle. Very nice! Medium head, good body. Lets see what another week or two brings... |
