Grain: 8 lb. American 2-row
12 oz. Franco-Belges Kiln Coffee Malt 160L
8 oz. American chocolate
1 lb. Oats (steel cut)
Mash: 80% efficiency
Mash in @ 120° - hold for 20 mins. Slowly ramp to 150°, hold for 30 mins. Mash out.
Boil: 75 minutes SG 1.065 5 gallons
1 lb. Maple syrup
Hops: 1 oz. Kent Goldings (4.2% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (4.2% AA, 45 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (4.2% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1084 Irish Ale
Log: Brewed 5/7/07 Ferment @ 65°
Carbonation: Prime in bottle with 8oz. corn sugar
