Alcohol: 6.8% v/v (5.4% w/w)
Grain: 8 oz. American chocolate
8 oz. Steel cut oats
4 oz. American black patent
4 oz. American crystal 120L
Boil: minutes SG 1.134 2.5 gallons
.5 oz. Vanilla extract
1 lb. Amber malt extract
6 lb. Dark malt extract
1 lb. Cane sugar
8 oz. Maple syrup
Hops: 2 oz. Nugget (12% AA, 45 min.)
Yeast: Using Scottish Ale yeast (1728) this time around. 1084 or 1056 would also be fine.
