Here is another attempt at making the perfect pint! I am souring some old homebrew that I had saved back just like guiness does.

Steep: | Hold the grains at 170° for 30 minutes. | |||||||
Boil: | 60 minutes | SG 1.128 | 2 gallons | |||||
4.5 lb. Amber malt extract 1 lb. Light dry malt extract |

Add Irish Moss the last 15 minutes. | ||||||||
Hops: | 1 oz. Bullion (8.8% AA, 60 min.) .5 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 60 min.) 1 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 60 min.) |

Yeast: | Multon dry yest. | |||||||
Log: | Started souring 4 bottles of stout from last homebrew batch two days before I made this batch. I did this by covering a bowl with a cloth and put it in a place that was about 75°. | |||||||
Carbonation: | Boiled the soured stout and 1 cup of sugar. |
