3 lb. 4 oz. Light malt extract 2 lb. Extra Light dry malt extract 8 oz. Brown sugar |

Hops: | 1 oz. British Target (11% AA, 60 min.) .25 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.) |

Log: | Brewed 11/27/01, fermented at 60-65 Deg F. Racked 12/02/01, bottled 12/06/01. | |||||||
Carbonation: | Primed w/ 1/2 cup M&F Amber DME and 1/2 cup Brown Sugar. | |||||||
Tasting: | Dry, hops are right up front in the flavor, it will smooth out over the next few weeks. |
