Guinness ala Skotrat 15 gallons
I have always been fascinated with Guinness Draught Stout and this
is just another attempt at making it...
Very nice and creamy on my Nitro Guinness tap.

Yeast: | I used a 1/2 gallon starter of WYEAST Irish Ale yeast | |||||||
Log: | I soured 1 liter of wort for the entire primary fermentation and added the soured at kegging time (14 days) I boiled the sour mash before adding equal amounts to each of the 3 cornies |

Carbonation: | I low carbed (forced) with Co2 and served with my beverage mix at 35psi at 36f |

Tasting: | Excellent roasty and creamy. A fine example of a classic dry Stout. Almost Guinness but not quite |
