Oud De' Mullin Stout

This is slightly "larger" than a typical Dry Irish Stout. I like the stonger stouts.

Bitterness: 36 IBU
OG: 1.065 FG: 1.014
Alcohol: 6.5% v/v (5.1% w/w)
Grain: 20 lb. British pale
.5 lb. British chocolate
.5 lb. British black patent
2 lb. Roasted barley
.5 lb. Flaked barley
Mash: 75% efficiency
154° single infusion mash for 60 min.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.059 11 gallons
Hops: 1.5 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
1.5 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: We used WLP 028 pitched directly onto a yeast cake from an 80/- Scotish ale
