Mash 60 min at 153F with 1 qt per pound. Add boiling water until mash reaches 170F, mash out additional 10 minutes. Continuous sparge with 180F water to acheive 7.25 gal. | ||||||||

Add 1 tsp Irish Moss last 15 minutes. | ||||||||
Hops: | 2 oz. Kent Goldings (4.5% AA, 60 min.) | |||||||

Carbonation: | Keg and force carbonate with 75% Nitrogen, 25% CO2 mix at 35 PSI. Use carbonation stone in keg. Serve through stout faucet. |
