Beer: Git Aht Stout Style: Irish Dry Stout
Type: All grain Size: 5.5 gallons
Color:
178 HCU
Bitterness: 42 IBU
OG: 1.044 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 4.4% v/v (3.4% w/w)
Water: Tap water with 1 TBS 5.2 stabilizer and 1 tsp gypsum.
Grain: 5 lb. American 6-row
1 lb. American crystal 90L
1 lb. 12 oz. Roasted barley
2 lb. Flaked barley
Mash: 75% efficiency
Dough in with 1.3 qt/lb at 167°F (target mash temp is 153°F). 60 minute single infusion, continuous sparge with 175-180°F water to collect 6.5 gallons in brewpot.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.037 6.5 gallons
Hops: .5 oz. Cascade Pellets (5.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Citra (13.4% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade Pellets (5.5% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Citra (aroma)
Yeast: I will use Safale US-05 from a previously brewed batch of IPA.

Wyeast 1056 or White Labs 001 would both work just as well.
Carbonation: Keg and serve through stout faucet at ~30PSI with 75% Nitrogen 25% CO2 mix.
Tasting: Hoppy, roasty, creamy n'at.
