Aged to be consumed near Christmas(AKA my wife's due date). We will probobly be living on granola bars and pasta for a while after. Coffee and oatmeal at night could also happen.

1 lb. British crystal 50-60L
.5 lb. British crystal 135-165L
.5 lb. British chocolate
.5 lb. Roasted barley
1 lb. Rolled oats
Mash: 75% efficiency
151F - 60min
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.084 5 gallons
Boil oats before adding to mash.
Hops: 1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Mt. Hood (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: Undecided.
Log: Add 4oz cold brewed coffee at bottling.
Carbonation: Low.
