NightStalker (based on Goose Island's Nightstalker)
This is a first attempt at cloning Goose Island Night Stalker Ale
According to the Goose Island website, they use Mt Hood hops - but the brew supply shop didn't have it, so I substituted Hallertau for bittering and Hersbrucker for aroma
