Rest at 140-130F for 30 mins
Add 15 qts boiling water
Mash 60 minutes at 152-155F
Mash out; 172F
Sparge 9 gals.
Boil: 75 minutes SG 1.063 14 gallons
4 lb. Dark dry malt extract
Hops: 2 oz. Magnum (14.5% AA, 60 min.)
0.5 oz. Yakima Goldings (5.9% AA, 60 min.)
