8 oz. Flaked oats
Steep: Roast the Flaked Oats in a 350° oven for 5-10 minutes or until
toasted before adding to the grain bag. Steep grains at 160°
for 60 minutes.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.150 3 gallons
9 lb. Dark dry malt extract
Hops: 2 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast #1098 British Ale
Carbonation: 2.0 volumes Keg: 19.8 psi @ 68°F
