Alcohol: 9.6% v/v (7.6% w/w)
Grain: 250g British pale
500g British chocolate
250g Roasted barley
250g Flaked oats
Steep: Steep grains for an hour.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.166 15 liters
3kg Light malt extract
4kg 500g Amber malt extract
200 grams baking chocolate - melted and added with 10 mins left in the boil
Hops: 100g Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 90 min.)
100g Fuggles (4.75% AA, 75 min.)
50g Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
10g Hallertauer (aroma)
Yeast: Irish Ale
