Mash for 2 hours at 1.3 qt per pound of grain at 153F. Fly sparge with 170F water to attain 6.5 gal. | ||||||||

Add 1 lb DME at start of boil, add 1 tsp Irish Moss last 15 minutes, and add Honey, Brown Sugar and Molasses at last 5 minutes. | ||||||||
