Yeast: | Used dry yeast, rehydrated for 15 minutes in 105 F H2O | |||||||
Log: | Checked on it the second day, and lid had blown off and foaming over the top. So, i obviously attached a blowoff tube and spent some time cleaning up the mess. A lesson on pitching the yeast at too high of temp. |
