.5 lb. American crystal 40L
.5 lb. American chocolate
1 lb. Roasted barley
1 lb. Flaked barley
.75 lb. Rolled oats
Mash: 77% efficiency
Added 1 tsp. Gypsum to mash.

Mashed in 13 qts. 170° water to hit 150°. Held for 2 hrs.

Sparged slowly for 2 hrs to collect 6 gals. of wort.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.048 6 gallons
1 tsp. Irish Moss added with 15 mins. remaining in boil.
Hops: .5 oz. Fuggles (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (6.1% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (5.8% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: White Labs Edinburgh pitchable liquid yeast.
