Alcohol: 5.6% v/v (4.4% w/w)
Grain: 4 lb. American 2-row
3 lb. British pale
1 lb. British chocolate
1 lb. Rolled oats
Mash: 80% efficiency
Boil: 120 minutes SG 1.045 6.5 gallons
1 lb. Maple syrup
Hops: 1 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Your favorite English Ale yeast.
Tasting: Tastes good moderately chilled and after aging for over a month. Can be enjoyed new, but definitely tastes new. I'd sit on it for a bit and see how it fares.
