Wicked Huge Oatmeal Stout

i threw this together from memory at the beer store..looks like big beer to me!

Type: All grain Size: 4.5 gallons
Color:
181 HCU
Bitterness: 21 IBU
OG: 1.061 FG: 1.060
Alcohol: 0.1% v/v (0.1% w/w)
Grain: 6 lb. British pale
1 lb. British chocolate
.5 lb. British black patent
1 lb. Flaked oats
.5 lb. Flaked rye
1 lb. British crystal 50-60L
Mash: 70% efficiency
in at 130 for 30 min
rest 145-155 for 60 min
mash out 15 min at 170
Boil: 145 minutes SG 1.055 5 gallons
.25 lb. Brown sugar
.25 lb. Molasses
tblspn irish moss
bag 1 lb outs in 2 1/2 lb bags after sparge in beginning of boil
1 cup unpacked brown sugar
6 oz Grandmas molasses ( I like to dilute them with water so they dont burn to the bottom of the kettle)
Hops: 1 oz. Hallertauer (3.25% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer (3.25% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: safale us 5 11.5 grams ( i actually pitched 22 grams by accident so ...we'll see)
