Bitterness: 28 IBU

Alcohol: 6.2% v/v (4.9% w/w)
Water: no water treatment
Grain: 300g Weyerman CARAAROMA or Muntons Dark Crystal
200g Weyerman Carafa II or Muntons Chocolate
300g Roasted barley
400g Rolled oats
Steep: bring 5 Liters of water to 65-70°C. steep in grain bag for 30 minutes. rinse with another 2L warm water.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.057 25 liters
4.2kg Light malt extract
0g
add 2/3 LME at 20 min to flame out (this will achieve higher bitterness)
Hops: 20g Northern Brewer (15% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: dry "English Ale Yeast" (Notingham)
used Safale S-04 this time

Tasted great out of the hydrometer sample. maybe a bit this. will see.
Carbonation: 2.3 volumes Corn Sugar: 121g for 21 liters @ 20°C
