mash at 66°C for 60 minutes. raise temp to 74°C and hold for 10 minutes for mash out. let the grains drain and bring to boil. |

Hops: | 30g Brewers Gold (6.7% AA, 60 min.) | |||||||
Yeast: | Safale S-04 English Ale yeast OR Danstar Nottingham instead. | |||||||
Log: | Hops were planed to be Fuggles (60 Gr) substituted by 30 gr of Brewers Gold. Brewed 20/07/2010 fermented at 17°C for 4 days and than raised to 19°C. Bottled on 03/08/2010. 22L OG was 1.047 FG was 1.007 ABV around 5.2% |
