Grain: 8 oz. American crystal 40L
1 lb. Roasted barley
6 oz. Rolled oats
Steep: 30 minutes @ 155°
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.081 4 gallons
7.6 lb. Light malt extract
8 oz. Molasses
1 tsp. Irish Moss @ 10 minutes
Hops: 1 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: Edme Dry Ale
