S'mores!

The road to s'mores beervana is littered with cloying failures, but the reward must be worth the risk?

Toasted amber kiln, flaked corn, molasses, and cinnamon stick = graham cracker
Lactose, vanilla bean, burnt meadow foam honey = marshmallow
Malty chocolate flavors and choco bits = chocolate

Type: Partial mash Size: 5 gallons
Color:
170 HCU
Bitterness: 20 IBU
OG: 1.074 FG: 1.018
Alcohol: 7.2% v/v (5.7% w/w)
Water: Montana tap water
Grain: 5 oz. Smoked Barley
2 lb. Amber Kiln (toasted in oven)
1 lb. 2 oz. American crystal 120L
1 lb. American chocolate
3 oz. American black (debittered?)
12 oz. Flaked oats
1 lb. Flaked corn
7 oz. Roasted barley
1 lb. American 6-row
Mash: 85% efficiency
Toast amber kiln malt about 15 mins @350f on cookie sheet, then crush

10min @ 50c, 20min @ 60-65c, 40+min @ 70c, mashout
Boil: minutes SG 1.067 5.5 gallons
3 lb. Burnt and/or Meadowfoam Honey
0 lb. 8 oz. Molasses
1 lb. Lactose
Burn honey/water mixture to marshmallow taste before adding to boil
Hops: 1.5 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 45 min.)
!!!Alot? oz. Choco bits (aroma)
Yeast: Nottingham
Log: cinnamon stick, two vanilla beans, and choco chunks into secondary
Carbonation: Low .... Carbonate with Meadowfoam honey
Tasting: Garnish with a still-flaming marshmallow?
