60 minute mash out @ 155F - 3 gallons
Sparge with 2 gallons at 170F


Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.051 7 gallons
8 oz. Honey
Add honey at flame out
Hops: 1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
1/2 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1056 American Ale
