Steep: | Bring water to 160°-170° and add grain. Keep mixture at 150° for 1 hour. Sparge grain with hot water. |

5 lb. Light malt extract 6 oz. Corn sugar |

1/2 tsp irish moss 1/4 tsp of yeast nutrient at last 5 minutes of boil. (The nutrient is not required. However, it always speeds up my yeast cycle in my test trials.) |

Hops: | 1.5 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.) 0.5 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 10 min.) |
