Mash: 75% efficiency
3 gallons water for mash, mash at 153° for 1 hour, hot sparge to collect 4.5 gals to boil.
Boil: 1 hour minutes SG 1.053 4.5 gallons
Irish moss last 5 min.
Hops: .5 oz. Citra (12% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1450 Denny's Favorite 50
Carbonation: 2.4 volumes Cane Sugar: 3.81 oz. for 5 gallons @ 65°F
