This is one of my best, results were better that expected. A friend stated that it had the taste of a German beer.

Log: | The .25 oz Perle hops was dry hopped, first time using this method. Just started this brew on 11/15/00 11/24/00, racked, 12/03/00 bottled, 12/17/00 first taste, very suprized, will be even better with alittle more conditioning. |

Tasting: | first try at dry hopping, will continue to, Has a pleasant europian taste due to the Vienna Malt, dry crisp yet a slight malty after taste. Maybe next time add just a bit more hops to the dry hopping. |
