Steep: | All grains were steeped together in a muslin bag in 2 gallons of water for 45 minutes at 170°. Sparged with 1 gallon of 170° water. |

Irish Moss in the boil as well as gypsum. | ||||||||
Hops: | 1.75 oz. Nugget (12.2% AA, 60 min.) .5 oz. Nugget (12.2% AA, 15 min.) .25 oz. Nugget (12.2% AA, 2 min.) |
