Yeast: | Activator pak of Wyeast 1056 in a starter. 1.5 cups of LME in 1400ml H20 on stir plate the night before. Very active starter! |

Log: | Brewed 10-10-04. Used too much bittering hops, but luckily the gravity was higher than should've been. Should balance out. |
