90 Shilling Clone from The Brew Hut. To my friends, "Olde Teabagger"

This is my second beer in Colorado. I call it Teabagger because of how the hops bags look when they come out of the wort. The recipe is not mine, I purchased this from The Brew Hut in Aurora, CO. They're good people there, you should check them out.

Bitterness: 21 IBU
OG: 1.060 FG: 1.010

Water: For this batch, I used distilled water. I've had an off-taste in previous batches, so I'm thinking I might not have gotten all the chlorine out. This will be a control batch, I'll be making a second batch as soon as this is in the bottles with tap water.
Grain: 1.5 lb. American crystal 60L
.5 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
.5 lb. American chocolate
Steep: I placed the grain bag in the room temperature distilled water, and brought it up to 155°F, where it steeped for 30 minutes.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.150 2 gallons
6 lb. Amber malt extract
1 lb. Light dry malt extract
I used no finings in this batch.
Hops: 1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
