Alcohol: 6.4% v/v (5.0% w/w)
Water: Spring water
Grain: 2 lb. American 2-row
2 lb. American Munich
Steep: Steep grains at 150° for 20 mins. Raise heat to 170° for thirty mins.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.149 2 gallons
6 lb. 6 oz. Amber malt extract
Irish moss @ 15 prior to end of boil.
Hops: 2 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast - American Ale
Log: Ferment @ 66° for 5 days. Transfer to secondary for 7 days @ 66°
