Add 1 oz of Coriander with 30 minutes left in the boil. Add 0.5 oz of Ginger Root with 30 minutes left in the boil. Add 0.5 oz of Orange Zest the last 15 minutes of the boil. Add 1 teaspoon of flaked Irish Moss the last 15 minutes of the boil. |
