Left it with 18 psi for about 4 days @40°F. Had little head, but was velvety smooth and lasted a while. Turned pressure up to 22 psi for another couple of days. Now to much head. Turned pressure back down a bit. | ||||||||
Tasting: | Very pleasant taste, but light as expected. Dry hopped taste and aroma come thru just enough to make it fairly interesting, and different, given the rest of the recipe. Could most definatly be used as a starting point for any number of diferent beers with the addition of specialty grains. Pretty much what I was aiming for this time. |
