Alcohol: 5.4% v/v (4.2% w/w)
Water: Filtered Tap water
Grain: 20 lb. American 2-row
1 lb. American crystal 120L
1 lb. Melatoidin
Mash: 70% efficiency
Mash in at 152 and hold for 60 minutes. Raise to 170 for 10 minutes for mashout.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.049 11.5 gallons
irish moss with 15 minutes left
Hops: 1 oz. Columbus (14.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Amarillo (8.9% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Santiam (4.5% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Columbus (aroma)
1 oz. Santiam (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs Irish Ale Yest
Log: Brrewed 26 Jun 05. Everything went well. Plan on dry hopping with 1 oz sanitam and 1 oz of columbus.
