Bitterness: 27 IBU
OG: 1.052 FG: 1.016
Alcohol: 4.7% v/v (3.7% w/w)
Water: I added 1 teaspoon of gypsum
Grain: 1 lb. 8 oz. German Munich
1 lb. 8 oz. American crystal 10L
1.5 oz. British black patent
Steep: I steeped the grains for a full 80 minutes
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.087 3 gallons
3.3 lb. Light malt extract
2 lb. 2 oz. Light dry malt extract
I used irish moss for the last 15 minutes
Hops: 2 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: I used white labes 007 english dry english ale yeast
Carbonation: I used 3/4 cup corn sugar for priming
