Steve's Kick Ass Ale

Literally made this beer with left over ingredients from other beers when I needed something to do one Sunday. Nothing terribly fancy or noteworthy about this one. Great session beer though. Very clean and very easy to drink. A favorite with the ladies. My uncle Steve tried some, having never had homebrew before, and exclaimed "This is some kick ass ale" Hence the name.

Yeast: Wyeast 1056 American Ale
Carbonation: 4.5oz corn sugar
Tasting: Tasted Great! One of the favorites that I've made, even though it's so plain. More people liked this beer than any of the others I've made. I think it's because it's so middle of the road.
