Log: | Ferment at 68F for 6 days, rack to secondary for 12 more days, to convert to NA heat to 181F for 90 minutes, adding aroma hops in last 5 minutes then add boiled water to make up lost volume, pitch 1 cup yeast slurry from primary and let settle 24 hours. Prime, bottle and condition for 2 weeks at 65F - 70F | |||||||
