Mash: 80% efficiency
Single temp infusion at 150 degrees for 45 mins-1 hour.

Mash out at 168 degrees for 10 mins.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.044 5.5 gallons
Irish moss
Hops: .5 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 60 min.)
.25 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 15 min.)
.25 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Willamette (aroma)
Yeast: American Ale-style yeast
Tasting: Can't wait to try this one. Should make a nice summer quencher.
