Tasting: | I expected more hop bitterness, but this is a nicely balanced, smooth drinking ale. Maybe I need to boil more vigorously to attain better hop extraction. A very nice brew, but don't sit in the sun while drinking it. At 7% alcohol, it can sneak up and bite you! |
