2kg Light malt extract
Add extract when temperature reaches 185°F and sustain a rolling boil for 2-3 minutes.
Hops: 28.4g Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 30 min.)

Tasting: The aroma exhibits a flowery scent, the hops are working their magic . The bitterness is well balance with the malty taste. The color is a beautiful caramel.
