This is an attempt to improve my first brew of amber ale.

16 HCU (~10 SRM)
Bitterness: 19 IBU
OG: 1.050 FG: 1.016
Alcohol: 4.4% v/v (3.4% w/w)
Water: no water treatment
Grain: 300g Wheat malt
100g British amber
300g Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
300g British crystal 50-60L
Steep: 30 min at 67 °C
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.105 10 liters
3kg Light malt extract
Hops: 45g Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
15g Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Munton's Gold Yeast
Carbonation: 2.5 volumes Corn Sugar: 150g for 21 liters @ 27°C
Corn Sugar: 150g for 21 liters
